Booking is easy!
Once you have decided on your dates, you simply contact us using our online form. We will e-mail you a booking form to complete and return.
We will then ask you to send us a deposit (20%, non-returnable). Once received, the apartment will be reserved for you.

The majority of our clients prefer the apartment to be non-smoking so we would ask you to respect our no smoking policy inside the apartment – by all means smoke on the terrace.
Upon booking we require a non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total amount, with the balance due no later than 2 months before your holiday starts, or payment in full if booking within 2 months of the dates you require. We reserve the right to decline accommodation if payment has not been received in good time.
Payment is normally in sterling. Details with the booking form.
A deposit of £100 against breakage and loss will be added to your (final) payment. This will be held by us until your keys are returned at the end of your holiday and the apartment has been cleaned and checked. Your deposit will be repaid promptly.
We realise that small accidents can happen - please replace minor breakages – anything larger, please let us know.
